Maggie Wells, MFA

Maggie Wells is an author and screenwriter living in the New York City area. Her YA series, Nine Months, was released in January 2016.

Maggie received her MFA in Creative Writing from the University of San Francisco and is also the author of. Career Resilience, Newcomer's Guide to Boston, Take the Long Way Home, a Memoir, and Website Essentials for Success, Ziff Davis Press, 1995.

Maggie has an engineering degree from the University of Rochester and an MBA from the University of Chicago. She has two adult sons living respectively in West Orange, NJ and Austin, TX.

Maggie Wells is an experienced educator at the undergraduate and graduate level. She has held adjunct positions at Rice, NYU, Boston College, Fordham, Baruch, Bentley, Suffolk and Northeastern University.
